Success!!!

Oh my goodness! The Mount Dora Art Stroll was a complete success!! Thank you so much to Artisans on 5th and the Mount Dora Chamber of Commerce for allowing me to provide my Cake Pops for this amazing event!  I handed out more than 100 business cards, and more than 150 Cake Pops were devoured!  To say that the guests at this event loved them, would be an understatement! I got such great reviews, it made my heart so happy to hear how much people liked them!

Not only did I have an amazing night, I also was invited by Catherine from the Mount Dora Chamber of Commerce to participate in another incredible event: The Taste in Mount Dora on May 22, 2011!  As a non chamber member and the fact that it is way past the cut off date, this is the opportunity of a lifetime! So, my dear friends, as of today, I have joined the Mount Dora Chamber of Commerce, and will be one of 8 participants at the 10th Annual Taste in Mount Dora!!!!!!  To say that I am excited would be an understatement! God is so good!

Okay, back to The Mount Dora Art Stroll! I debuted three new flavors of Cake Pops.  One was Red Velvet with Cream Cheese icing, another was Chocolate Mocha with Coffee Infused Icing, and the last (which I ran out of) was Yellow Cake with Organic Mango Infused Icing!  And, if I do say so myself, the latter was so delicious, no wonder I ran out of it!  These three new flavors were in addition to the basic Chocolate and Yellow Cake Pops.  All flavors were very yummy, but the front runners were definitely the Yellow Cake with Organic Mango Infused Icing and Red Velvet with Cream Cheese Icing.

So now that I have tackled Art Stroll and will be doing Taste in Mount Dora in May, next I will be tackling the coffee shops and various restaurants in Downtown.  Surely someone will want to add my Cake Pops to their repertoire, right?  Wish me luck!

I feel so blessed to be doing what I love and to feel the joy of success.  Look out Mount Dora, here I come, one Cake Pop at a time!
